Finally, DOGS, YOGA & BEER!
So please join us for a morning of yoga, your dog and some delicious beer of course. Yoga class starts at 11:30 we will be rocking a slow flow followed by a beer if you don’t drink no problem, I can bring you kombucha or a soda water.
Slow flow yoga is active, yet unhurried. Both yin and slow flow yoga include very slow, easy poses, however yin does not does not “flow” between the sequence. Yin yoga involves holding deep stretches for long periods of time (several minutes or more), whereas slow flows may hold asana for just a few rounds of breath.
Unleashed Brewing was bred from a love of dogs, craft beer, and adventure.
A dog inspired & entirely dog friendly brewery in the heart of Kelowna's Brewery District, creating untamed beer that challenges convention.
If you don’t have a dog no problem, I will be leaving mine at home he is to crazy lol
All levels welcome.
We recommend bringing your yoga mat. If you require a mat, please let me know and I will bring you one. If you aren’t drinking no problem, please let me know if you would like a kombucha or a soda water.
