In BC and the Yukon, the Virtual Walk to End ALS will take place on Saturday, June 19, 2021.
The virtual event allows connection and engagement with the ALS community during a time of physical distancing and isolation. They allow us to continue raising critical funds for community-based support services and research. We’re all in this together.
ALS doesn’t stop and neither will we. #walktoendalsBC
How does the Virtual Walk work?
✓ You can choose to support one of the 15 Walk to End ALS locations listed on the website or sign on to the Virtual option.
✓ Join by registering as an individual or registering your team today at www.walktoendals.ca/BC
✓ Once your fundraising hits $100, you will receive a Walk to End ALS t-shirt and face mask. Make sure you indicate your size when you register.
✓ On June 19th, walk a route you choose in your community. Please practice all COVID-19 safety protocols.
✓ Take a photo or video and send to support@alsbc.ca . We will share this with the ALS community on the ALS Society of BC Face Book.
