KELOWNA’S FIRST ART SWAP BROUGHT TO YOU BY PICTURE PERFECT
Have you ever heard of an Art Swap? Likely not! This amazing new event is coming to Kelowna September 29th and 30th at the Ramada Inn brought to you by Picture Perfect.
If you have downsized and are trying to figure out what to do with some of your beloved pieces of art or if you have recently purchased your new home, then this event is for you. What better way to sell some of your treasure and even better way to find some beautiful pieces for your new home, at very affordable prices.
“This is truly a unique event and we are very proud to introduce the very first Kelowna Art Swap” said event planner and owner of Picture Perfect, Linda Winnick.
“We have had so many people over the years ask us to consign their pieces of art that they wanted to sell, so we decided to bring this event to the general public in Kelowna. Much like the various ski swap events that have been going on in Kelowna for over 50 years, we are offering a community service while providing you an opportunity to sell some of your art or to come down and buy some pieces for your home or office or cabin at Big White!” commented Picture Perfect’s owner, Linda Winnick.
Registration is Saturday Sept 29th from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Bring your framed art pieces down to the Ramada Inn n Hwy 97, where we will register your art work for the sale. The consignee receives 80% of the sale and Art Swap receives 20%. The Art Swap opens to the public on Sunday, Sept.30th at 9:00am and runs to 3:30pm. We will re-open at 5:30 for the consignee to come back to collect their monies or pick up their monies or pick up unsold artwork.
Admission is $2 per person or $5 per family, with funds going to Maxine DeHart United Way Breakfast campaign. This will be a great way to sell your old framed art, or pick up something new…don’t miss it! Check our Facebook page for more information.
