Looking for a good book, but already read all your favorite authors? Connect with others who can recommend their favorites, and talk about one of your favorite books in return! Sign up and let us know what book you’ll be talking about and we’ll have copies on hand to check out for your newly converted devotees. No awkward public speaking, just quick, one on one conversations about a book that you love.

A quick (10-15 min) presentation will be done beforehand, explaining how this will work and highlighting some things to think about when talking about your book (so that people aren’t just spoiling the plot). Each participant will get three minutes in which to talk about their book before listening to their partner. Then they'll switch up and do it all again! Promoted books will be on hand to be checked out, and pens and 'dance cards' will help participants remember the various people, books, and authors. Registration to have copies of your book brought in will be available through the month of June, but drop ins to the event are also welcome! Participants should come prepared with a book (title and author) to speak about in mind.
