This program offers a safe, calm environment for people with physical disabilities to experience adapted yoga, movement, and practice meditative breathing. This is a free, inclusive program. Drop-ins welcome!
Adapted yoga offers a safe, calm environment for people with physical disabilities to practice meditative breathing and movement. This program is not only for individuals with cerebral palsy, but for all disabilities. Adapted Yoga is geared toward individuals ages 15+
Please note that participants who may require substantial physical or behavioral support may be asked to attend alongside a guardian or support worker.
