The Social Life of Water: Past, Present and Future exhibition project is seeking participants for a survey session that involves filling a written survey before and after touring the exhibition. The written responses will be used to evaluate participant experiences of the exhibition content. The session will last approximately 1 hour.

The Social Life of Water: Past, Present and Future explores the diverse meanings that water holds for the many communities, cultures and interest groups in the valley, including indigenous Okanagan (Syilx) communities, ranchers, orchardists, grape-growers, loggers, tourists, resort industry workers, city residents, environmentalists and artists. Art, immersive audio and visual media, storytelling and varied forms of social science and hydrological research data is integrated in the form of a museum exhibition hosted by one of our project partners, the Kelowna Museums Society.

Each session will have a maximum of 20 participants. The session involves filling in a written pre-tour survey before a 20 minute tour of the exhibition. After the tour, study participants will be asked to fill in a post-tour survey. The survey is a combination of multiple choice and short answer questions.
