Description:
A bi-weekly gathering for players of stringed folk instruments (guitar, banjo, mandolin, autoharp, double bass, fiddle, ukulele, dobro, etc.) who would like to advance their performing skills in a group setting.
Join a group of likeminded pickers and strummers and have fun tackling traditional folk songs, early country and old time music, bluegrass, ragtime, jazz, swing, Celtic and other styles. Learn new songs and playing styles and improve your skills under the guidance of a professional performer.
*Some basic playing skills are required and you must bring your own instrument. No amps please. Singers and listeners are welcome but must register.
