Welcome to Family Sundays, our weekly art making program designed for children and their families to explore the world of art hands-on at the Kelowna Art Gallery. Watercolour Constellation Lanterns: Bring cheer to this year’s Downtown Light Up with a shimmery lantern inspired by constellations in the night sky. Participants will work with glass jars, watercolour paper, and watercolour paints to make a glowing keepsake lantern complete with an electric tealight candle. Read more
KCCA Presents: Andrew Sords Trio

This youthful international trio, American violinist Andrew Sords, Australian cellist Luke Severn and Canadian pianist Cheryl Duvall, first performed in Ontario and Quebec. This year, they focus on two of Beethoven’s most epic works for this instrumental combination: the foreboding C minor Trio, written by a 24 year old Beethoven; and the profound “Archduke” Trio, the performance of which was Beethoven’s last public appearance as a pianist.
